There are likely to be mass deaths in Kenya, especially in Nairobi on Monday, April 2, 2023, if the sentiments from the leaders and social media are something to go by. If you are in Nairobi, tomorrow might be the day you should remain indoors no matter the urgency.
Raila Amollo Odinga, the leader of the Azimio la Umoja Kenya has announced that this Monday, he is going to hold the Mother of all Demonstrations in Nairobi and across the country. Raila has said the day to take back his victory from the last election is this Monday.
According to Raila Odinga, it is time for President William Ruto and his government to leave and he has promised to make this happen tomorrow. One of his strategies is to lead his supporters to invade Statehouse and chase away the President and his team so that he can take over.
Statehouse is a protected area. Any invasion of the Statehouse will prompt the military to get in. A state of emergency might be declared since it will be an attempted coup and before we know it, blood will be flowing on the streets of Nairobi.
On the other hand, officials within the Kenya Kwanza government, including Trace CS Moses Kuria and Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua have hinted at the fact that Raila Odinga should be “eliminated” if we want peace in this country.
Moses Kuria said that it is time for William Ruto to apply strategies being used by Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda in dealing with Raila Odinga “once and for all.” Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said that this Monday is the day the government is going to deal with Raila Odinga “once and for all.”
All those statements point to the fact that Raila Odinga might be assassinated tomorrow. The only way to deal with Raila Odinga “once and for all” is to eliminate him, given the sentiments of these leaders. Raila Odinga cannot be arrested given the massive following that he has.
During last week’s protests, Raila Odinga’s armored vehicle was shot at, using live bullets, 10 times. If the vehicle was not armored, Raila Odinga would be dead by now. Killing Raila will be a mistake. Blood will flow on the streets. Raila Odinga has a huge following that worships him as their god and savior.
As tomorrow fast approaches, we hope that our leaders will reconsider whatever sinister plans they have for tomorrow. God bless Kenya.
