Cleanshelf Supermarket and Cake City Bakery have opened their doors at Superior Homes Kenya’s retail center built at the frontage of Greenpark Estate.
The entry of the two retailers brings unmatched shopping experiences and services closer to the over 700 residents of Greenpark Estate, the wider Athi River region, and thousands of travelers using the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
Other retail outlets that have set up shop at the KES 350 million retail facilities include Simbisa Brands (Creamy Inn, Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn), Goodlife Pharmacy, Lorenzo Drycleaners, Prini, Sidis Electricals, and Genteel Liquor store. Artcaffe is expected to open its doors in the second quarter of the year.
Speaking during the opening of the two retail facilities, Superior Homes Kenya Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shiv Arora expressed delight at the entry of the new businesses at the retail center, noting that all the retail outlets operating at Arcadia at Greenpark were a game changer to both the residents of Greenpark and the general public.
“It has always been our dream as Superior Homes Kenya to offer the residents of Greenpark Estate a live-work-play lifestyle. This master-planned estate with over 700 homes boasts two schools, a clubhouse, and play areas and we have now built a retail center to complete the concept and bring convenience to the residents of Green Park estate and the motorists who use the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway,” said Superior Homes CEO Shiv Arora.
In addition to offering a mixed-use development experience to the residents of Greenpark Estate, opening up operations at the retail facility presents employment opportunities that will contribute to the growth of the economy and improve the livelihoods of the local communities in Mavoko Sub-County. The developer’s five-year 2022-2025 strategy involves the expansion of Superior Homes Kenya’s network in the real estate sector to more counties across the country.
Shopping malls in Kenya have become lucrative business destinations for both businesses and consumers. They offer multiple stores in one area offering convenience and ease of access to a lot of amenities. They also provide ambient spaces that are attractive as places to explore for new visitors in the area.
