German RPA Signs A Training Agreement With Kenya’s African Elite Group

German RPA provider Servicetrace and Kenyan African Elite Group – Tech signed a training services agreement which is aimed at the development and job creation to tackle the most pressing issues of youth unemployment and digital skills gap.

The e-Learning program has been introduced with the intention to develop Robotic Process Automation skills while solving the issues of gender disparity in technology and innovation, prioritizing women developers.

African Elite Group – Tech’s focus is on cultivating the tech potential of young graduates to prepare them for the demands of the global market, training them with technical and soft skills, helping them to find jobs.

It has now signed an agreement with Servicetrace GmbH to train 100 robotic process automation developers.

African Elite Group – Tech will further provide support to trainees whose digital business ideas will be supported by a mentorship program in collaboration with its network of digital technology partners, regionally recognized digital entrepreneurs.

African Elite Group – Tech will be responsible for identifying the talented candidates who can benefit from the program and the training will be conducted in repetitive cohorts.
