QuickMart Supermarket has opened a 24-hour outlet in Westlands, Nairobi. The supermarket now has 46 stores, 12 of which operate 24 hours in Lavington, Chaka, OTC, Embakasi, Tom Mboya, and Buruburu.
“The branch will employ about 100 workers. We are looking forward to offering fresh vegetables, toiletry, and fast-moving consumer goods among other items at this store,” said Marketing Manager Betty Wamaitha.

“Our last branch was launched in Western sides so Leo we’ve fikad from Western Kenya to Westie with the same Freshness we always do. Cheers to everyone who took part in the amazing launch,” said Quickmart in a statement.
Retailers have been eyeing Westlands and Karen because the two places have been voted as the best performing nodes with average rental yields of 9.7 and 9.4 percent which were 2.2 and 1.9 percentage points higher than the market average of 7.5 percent.
