Superior Homes has officially launched a Kshs 14 billion master-planned gated community in Lukenya, Machakos County, that seeks to offer an appealing live, work, and play environment for those seeking a lifestyle away from the urban sprawl. The development is 5 minute drive from their completed Greenpark Estate development and is the third master-planned gated community being undertaken by the institutional developer.
