I am no doctor. You have the option of not taking the words of this story seriously. You can even ignore them. But if you find them helpful, please read. They may save you from an early grave and from going to jail.
Dealing with someone who has an acute bipolar disorder is not easy. You are always one step away from being killed, or from killing someone, or from landing in a mental institution. It is a feeling you can never wish on your worst enemy.
Acute bipolar disorder refers to the severe manic or depressive episodes experienced by individuals with bipolar I or bipolar II disorder. It’s characterized by extreme mood swings, including periods of intense mania (high energy, euphoria, racing thoughts) or severe depression. These episodes can significantly impair a person’s ability to function.
In simple terms, a person with acute bipolar disorder is a mad person. There, I said it. He is a person who is a danger to himself or herself and those around them. She is like a dangerous animal that can harm someone or things anytime without provocation.
If you cannot learn to distance yourself from these humans and learn how to react to their mad and murderous episodes, then you will easily run mad yourself. They are like unpredictable weather that can decide to rain or tornadoes at any moment.
Here are some of the characteristics you should watch out for:
Severe mood swings: These people can be happy one second and explode the next second. You can never understand them. You laugh with someone, and the next minute, she is screaming, calling for your head on a plate.
Emotional blackmailers: These people will always want you to be as miserable as they are. And they do this by blackmailing you emotionally. They are like demons who want to break you down into pieces, and they have nothing to lose.
They can kill you: If you have a maniac who suffers from acute bipolar disorders and they are always threatening to kill you, please run, because they will. They are computerizing their brain to learn different ways to kill you.
How do you handle these characters?
Learn to ignore them. When their madness takes over them, leave them. Let them rant. Let them scream. Let them break down. Maintain your cool and avoid every attempt by them wanting you to join them. Do not help them in their madness. You will drown.
Keep your distance from them because you will never know peace.
Ignore this story please.
