Whenever I have a bad flu, my wife, a whiskey lover who rarely gets the flu, tells me to take two or three shots of whiskey. But does Whiskey help?
Well, Whiskey can temporarily help with some flu symptoms such as:
- Congestion
- Sore throat
- Cooling the chest
But… But it is not a cure for flu. So, please do not put your faith in Whiskey that it will cure your flu. If you want to drink, do not use flu as an excuse.
