Bolt, the leading on-demand mobility company, has today launched celebrations for Customer Service Week 2025 under the theme “Bolt Says Thanks- Celebrating the Daily Heroes who keep Bolt Moving.”
The week-long campaign is dedicated to the people at the heart of Bolt’s success, drivers, riders, and internal customer support staff, who make every journey possible.
To mark the occasion, Bolt is rolling out a lineup of surprise-and-delight activities for both riders and drivers. Riders in Nairobi will enjoy a “Spin the Wheel” activation at Sarit Center, offering a chance to win branded merchandise and ride credits, alongside exciting in-app rewards. First-time riders on the app will enjoy free rides throughout the week, making it the perfect time to experience Bolt.
In recognition of the people who keep Bolt moving, Bolt will host a pop-up appreciation event at its Driver Engagement Center to celebrate top-performing drivers with KFC vouchers, branded merchandise, and a dedicated recognition board highlighting their achievements. Internally, Bolt’s customer service teams will also be celebrated with appreciation packs, leadership recognition, and fun in-office activations.
